Partner Bios
Kirsten MaoKirsten joined ManGo Associates in October 2007 as a Partner. Prior to MGA, Kirsten was the Asia Pacific Human Resources Manager with Baxter, a world’s leading medical products and services company.
Before Baxter, Kirsten spent 7 years in the executive search practice, which included 5 years with Korn/Ferry Shanghai, where she left as a Client Partner, and 2 years with SES Associates in California, USA. Kirsten has extensive experience conducting search assignments in financial, industrial, and advanced technology sectors, covering a broad range of functional disciplines.
Kirsten obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from the Shanghai International Studies University and a Master’s Degree in International Management from the Graduate School of International Relations and Pacific Studies, University of California, San Diego.
